7-day exchange

You can exchange an item within 7 days after delivery if it is damaged or if you have any other issue with it.

Who pays for exchange shipping

If the problem is on our side (for example a damaged or wrong item), Neendgah pays the shipping for the exchange. If you ask to exchange an item for any other reason, the exchange shipping is paid by the customer.
